Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems. To remove modifications you need to do it through the application settings. By clicking “Remove all installed mods” or “Restore Game files” button

The mods themselves may be OK, but if you want to cancel your subscription, you have to go to the customer panel on the website, which doesn't work. If you want to test it, don't pay because you will have a problem canceling your subscription and the support is quite slow
Response from ModsHub (Fivemods)Jul 19, 2024
Hi, we have checked, there are no problems with unsubscribing. But if you still have a bug, you can always contact us in support and we will cancel your subscription manually. Also, if you have an auto-subscription that you didn't plan, we always refund your money.

Thanks to the Fivemods, I had to reinstall Fivem, gta, and delete Fivemods. This trash software made my Fivem crash while joining puremode servers..

Thank you for your feedback, we will try to work on some more noticeable warning about puremode servers. We are truly sorry that you had to solve the problem in this way, we have been through this ourselves and we understand how unpleasant it is. That's why we have a special option in our app to remove modifications, so that it's not so difficult. On puremode servers, unfortunately, modifications do not work, and our mods are no exception. We are working on a way to somehow be able to play on puremode servers with our app, but something like that takes a lot of time.

it say app is loading and the bar not even going up
Response from ModsHub (Fivemods)Jun 14, 2024
We are very sorry that this situation happened. Usually mods are installed quite quickly and without problems. Perhaps when you were installing modifications there was a high load on the servers. Usually such a problem can be solved simply by waiting a little longer. If this does not solve the problem, you should restart the application or enable VPN

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry that your user experience was ruined. Uninstalling mods is done through the settings section. By simply uninstalling the app, the mods they will not disappear. We will try to work something out so that deleting the app and mods happen at the same time

If i could give a lower rating i would. the 'tech support' are useless and rude. They will just close your ticket when they decide they either cant be bothered anymore or have no idea what they are on about. When you open a new ticket 'tech support' will blatantly refuse to read through the transcripts and instead go through the same trouble shooting as the last. this wouldnt be too much of an issue if i hadnt already spent hours in a previous ticket and then been assured the ticket wouldnt be closed until the problem had been resolved. The 'mods' barely work, they either do not install or state they have installed but in fact havent. DO NOT spend a penny here. You will come to regret it.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our tech support. I really want to help you, please write me in discord, I will try to solve your problem. Discord nickname - ep.42 It is possible that your ticket was closed by mistake, we have revised our procedure for closing tickets, and this situation will not be repeated. Regarding the rude response from our employee, we have reviewed our responses with the whole team and we recognise that some of them may seem formulaic, we will try to get rid of it. Thank you for your feedback, even negative feedback is appreciated because it helps us get better. I hope you will use our app again and your next experience will be better. Regards FiveMods team!

Response from ModsHub (Fivemods)Jan 14, 2024
Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. The mapping with ads can be uninstalled through the app in the "Installed" section. Or in the "Settings" by deleting all modifications
