They are a scam. I placed an order and have waited 2 months. I live two hours from the warehouse it is shipping from and received no shipping updates the entire time. When I reached out to the team, they had no answers for it and just said they could refund me. I appreciate it, but why can’t I just get the product? I don’t believe they are legit.

Same as the others. Had a 50% discount code from Planet Fitness, placed an order. Did not arrive. Called and email them but no reply. Its a scam. Im unsure how they are still a functioning company partnering with big brands. Do avoid if you want to be dissapointed by your purchase.

As a new customer, it was difficult to place an order. The website didnt work. They dont answer the phone. They dont reply to email. It took 5 emails to support to get a reply. After placing an order 2 weeks ago, I still don't have it. No tracking provided. No email updates. This is a terrible company. Not reccomended

Must avoid this horrible company. I guess every one of us here all received the gift card offer and tried to buy the product from this company or fake company I should say. I ordered 2 items, 1 orginal cbd, and sleep cbd. Matter of fact, since it has been 1 month, I couldn't track or reach out to the website customer service, what a joke. Got a free gift offer from Leafly.com via Five Cbd.com and entered my payment information, billing address and shipping address. Website rejected my order saying my shipping and billing address did not match, when in fact they did and now I cannot seem to contact anyone because when I call, the hotline says they're closed and when I use the website contact form I get a page that says 405 Error, Not Found. What kind of scam is this company pulling?!

I never received my order after 5 weeks. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and they will never respond to email or answer the support phone. They are completely ignoring me.
