The gummies are fantastic—I usually take them at night and they help me to relax and feel sleepy before going to bed, which is especially helpful after my 11 hour shift at work. The only thing is that shipping takes a little longer than I’d like and isn’t super consistent; sometimes it comes in a few days, sometimes it’s a few weeks and you never really know what it’s going to be.

I did have some issues with shipping around Christmas but just received my recent order today! These gummies work so well for me with no hangover! I take one every night and I sleep well.

I use the Sleep gummies and let me tell you, it was the best decision I have made. And because there is CBD in them, it helps my pain and I no longer take pain pills. If there is one criticism, I would have to say that they are not consistent. Sometimes I don't feel a thing and can't get to sleep, which I can only attribute to inconsistency in the making of said gummies.

Ordered the CBD full spectrum capsules. Were received on time. I had questions regarding the capsules and reached out to FIVE. They responded quickly and respectfully answering my concerns

So far so good. Got a coupon from planet fitness that led me to Five. I ordered the tincture and only paid shipping. It arrived in a week. Haven’t tried it yet but I guess I’m one of the lucky ones because I actually got the product.

UPDATE AS OF 2/29/2024: So this update is being posted more than a year after I posted the review below. Someone from Five CBD actually saw my complaint and contacted me to see if they could resolve the issue noted in my review. I was very surprised that they even saw or cared about what I had to say, especially after all this time, but I’m very glad that they did. Anyway, their customer service representative was very nice. They apologized for what happened and how I was billed, and as a peace offering, they sent me a complimentary product to try, which they did not have to do. I appreciate the gesture and the fact that they actually read my review, understood the issue, and contacted me. Their customer service has definitely improved, and that is very reassuring. As for the product, I got the Toffee Crunch Milk Chocolate Squares which has 50mg of CBD and 5 mg of THC. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The chocolate is tasty, and the CBD/THC is really strong. I felt the effects of it within an hour and was so relaxed that I slept like a baby for the rest of the day. (Just an FYI...don't take this if you've got things to do that day because it will make you sleepy). Anyway, thank you Five CBD, for reaching out and for the complimentary product! You actually care about your customers and your product. I ordered 2 of the "Full Spectrum CBD (25mg) + THC (5g).” I checked out, entered my payment information and paid for shipping ($9.76), plus $9.99 for the extra product I ordered (so $10.60 w/tax). However, a day or so later when I looked at the charge on my card, the company charged me $19.60 for the 1 item I ordered plus $9.76 for shipping. Mind you, I was supposed to get 1 free item and just pay for shipping. I was basically charged for the 2 items (1 of which they misrepresented as being "free"). Anyway, I called their 855 # but no one answered. I then emailed their customer service dep’t. to ask them to cancel the order because I was not happy about how they billed me. No one emailed me back until a few days later. When I wrote back and told them I wanted the order cancelled, I was told that it was too late because it had already shipped, but I could send the item back (and pay for return shipping) or not accept delivery. At that point, I was annoyed so I said forget it. (I'm not even home to accept delivery let alone decline it.) I got the product a few days later and tried it. It was nothing great. Based on this experience, I will not order from them again and I hope this review gives others sound reason not to as well.
