Quality and consistency

The Service is great. I placed an order on Friday, February 23rd. and received it on Monday, February 26th. I'm so glad I found the company - just by accident. I love the story of the company. I look at them as a 'hometown' store and enjoy giving my business to them, even though I am miles away. I HOPE to order more from them SOON. (as soon as what I want is restocked)

Items arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

The item I ordered was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I received one of these as a gift and loved it so much I bought 8 more for gifts. Thank you.

Everything arrived in a timely fashion, packed perfectly, and arrived in excellent condition. Beautiful ornaments for the top of next year's cookie boxes! Thank you so much!

Wonder people

Easy to use website. Excellent prices. Items were shipped fast, especially given it was the holiday season. Byers’ Choice figures were bubble wrapped with care and packaged safely in the box as well. I will be shopping here again!!

5 Stars. I bought a Byers Choice Regal Santa Claus in Gettysburg PA this summer for my wife's 50th wedding anniversary present. We later went to the Byers factory showroom to learn a matching Mrs. Claus was not available. This Christmas Eve, my wife found one online at Fitzula's. I ordered it immediately. The doll arrived in perfect shape four days later in time to join her man!
