Fitzula’s saved the day. Our daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal on a recent family trip and was devastated. We searched high and low for Tucker the Turtle and he was nowhere to be found. After lots of googling, we finally found the same turtle at Fitzula’s online and immediately made the purchase. I wrote them an email asking if I could pay for expedited shipping to get the replacement here quicker and they called to talk through it and worked with me to make that happen.
