We paid $88 (!!!) for Next Day Air delivery for just 2 nipples and received them in two days, not next day.

We sent this Next Day Air, however as the order was shipped to Puerto Rico for some reason UPS called us and was having some problems with delivery. We are unsure of the issue. They asked for your number and we gave it to them. We apologize for this and will refund a portion of the shipping you paid.
