I had a problem with my device, it stopped functioning after a few weeks, I reported this to the company and they arranged a replacement immediately. Their customer service was impeccable.

The muscle twitching sensation takes 2-3 sessions to get used to. At first it feels strange, but once u get accustomed to how EMS feels, its actually pretty relaxing

I bought a kit from fitsupplylab , kit arrived within a week , it was really good quality and contained more than I expected. The kit worked well actually I was impressed how well! After a few weeks of use unfortunately the abs belt stopped working, I contacted them sent a short video showing the issue and true to their word they replaced it free of charge within a week. Would definitely recommend them. And use them again. well done guys excellent 5 star customer service

I initially completed a comparison review with Impulse and a competitor product. I decided to go with Impulse as the reviews were close. I will say that I’m beyond pleased and impressed with the product and the customer service provided. The team responded almost immediately to my email concerning a shipment issue. When I say immediately I mean in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and respectful. Wishing 24 hours my concern had been resolved and original items have been shipped. I will be ordering more products again soon. For anyone having doubts about ordering, I will say you don’t have to worry about a thing.

I have not yet recieved my product which was ordered and paid for over 2 months ago. No response from the company when I tried to bring this to their attention!!

I ordered this product, which was working well. I was seeing results, unfortunately stopped working over a few weeks. I contacted support and after investigation I was sent a new set. I received today. The product is really good, getting results. Customer service is five star. Delivery service was tracked, really pleased with my experience. Thank you

I got a defective product not sure why I contacted the support team abd they responded quickly with instructions and then they replaced it with new one..their team support name Lovely she is amazing and very nice to communicate and help
