Isn’t this illegal? Why isn’t it considered fraudulent?
Accidentally I clicked on this product, and was intrigued by the initial description. Cynically chiding as the VERY long medusa—like advert tried to hypnotise one to stay to the end, I had to close my eyes in order to not let the cheesey video clip of library stock images induce a vomit wrenching episode - perhaps that’s how you are supposed to loose so much weight by watching the teaser through! ? Anyway, bit by bit my cynical alarm kept going off, and of course by the end of the video (almost an hour BTW) - not the 3 minute promise on the original static advert, - it was perpetual. By listening only and not watching, it was very easy to hear how many edits and voice overs had been placed into the clip. Then as she waffled on, I opened another screen and started web searching… why am I not surprised ! Then I discover that the pill is NOT approved by the American equivalent of the UK’s NHS NICE for drugs here. Ooops! And then, a screen grab on their disclaimer page of the actual label used on the jar. Now, remember how heavily coffee is inferred as the liquid to use the pill with? Well, reading the small print on the label - Take with 8 fl Oz of WATER ! No mention what so ever about Coffee - then of course it dawns, Coffee is a natural diuretic … I am no chemist or biologist, but we are all told how caffeine is a diuretic . Then of course the “special offer price” listen to the offer, then look at the screen with the offer on it. The screen audio voice infers that the six month supply is only XX dollars for six months supply… then I open my eyes and look at the screen…. No; it’s XX dollars PER BOTTLE for a six months supply, therefore if you choose the heavily recommended six month supply option, you will pay a few hundred dollars or equivalent local currency because you are assured that that is the period in which the best results are experienced… really? What did she say at the beginning of her long video? 63 pounds by the third weigh in? Hmmm. Oh and another thing, is it a coincidence that the aspect ratio of the graphic used to display the choices to order the pills is oversized for the screen, so you do not initially see how much the cost is overall? Or is that cynically too far? either way, I haven’t and won’t be buying; but yes, initially I too was hopeful… ALWAYS apply due diligence ALWAYS listen to your inner self - If it is too good to be true, then it is!
