There should be a negative star listing.... Well where to start without boring you. First off, I purchased the product back in January 2024 after watching what I believed to be a convincing video. I only wanted 6 bottles, but in order to proceed with purchase I fell in the trap and ended up ordering 16 bottles. When I realized my mistake I tried to cancel not 10 mins after ordering via email, I was told that the package was already on the way. Could not get thru on the phone number they provided. Soooo I decided to give it a good go. 6 months later after diligently taking their espresso + sugar supplement every day NOT one single pound was lost. Sooo I tried to cancel and was not able to post the package back to the USA from Australia before their deadline and so now Im stuck with not only having wasted nearly $1000 AUD but also my time and energy. The only positive thing I will say is that they do reply to emails. Apart from that, Stay away, the supplement doesn't work and they will not refund your money unless they receive the parcel before the deadline and even then Im sure there will be some excuse as to why they didnt refund you. Mark it down to another lesson learned the hard way,.. Cheers

Customer Service : Great, very understanding and accommodating. You watch a woman on a lengthy video asking not to close out. Only need to take the stuff in the morning. Then come to find out, as you place the orders, it won't work unless you purchase the other two types of pills needed . Very deceiving! Turns out the amount due was almost $500.00, for inly 30 days. She touts, she is trying to help people loosing weight at an affordable price. I sent the entire order back today. I need to stop getting taken by these seemingly honest people. I trust I receive a refund as soon as they get the product. I live in CA , on Social Security, it's a heart-ship to be talked into a product then charged an unexpected amount. I was thinking the drink in the AM would be around $150.00 for a 2 month period. Not so much, for me it was manageable. I think it is a legit company, I am not convinced it works, as promised . Be cautious, do your homework, before shelling out your hard earned money. I did not, now I am returning the product.

I can't even find a way to cancel my order! I should have scam checked them first-This needs to be pulled from media!! Disgraceful!

There video is very extensive and seems to check off all the weight loss boxes but AFTER you order their supplements then you take a survey only to find out you're going to have a coach contact you. Then the coach proceeds to ask about your habits your mindset and other laundry list of things he has to check off only to find out it's going to cost you additional money to do the new plan that is set up for you in addition to the money you've already spent on their supplements. None of which they let you know during their video that anything else is going to come out of pocket. This company makes you believe this is all that you need and nothing else. No food eating changes no exercise absolutely nothing which is a complete lie and that's why I feel like this company is a scam.

I'm glad I read the reviews so obese people like myself don't fall into the a deceptive luring lie, you would be better off going in for a Bariatric Surgery and use your superannuation to pay for that which is about 18k, after all most people aren't healthy enough to reach a retirement age to enjoy there super so you might as well use it and lose 50 to to 70 % off at least your prolonging your life at least in the end health is more important than money. Good luck on your journey whatever you decide :)

LIE#1 NOT FDA APPROVED EVEN THO THIER WEBSITE SAID IT IS LIE#2 THEIR CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON WEBSITE YOU CAN’T CLICK ON IT TO SEE THOSE REVIEWS. IF IT SMELLS LIKE CRAP IT IS CRAP. I WAS GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY FOR IT BUT KNOWING ALL THESE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE AND READING THEM I GLAD I DIDN’T WASTE MY MONEY!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After using 3 1/2 bottles, I haven’t lost even 1 pound but have put on 5 pounds. Less than a month after purchase, FitSpresso asked me to write a review. I replied that I could not because I hadn’t even used the product for a month. After several months now, I can write a review. IT DOESNT WORK - 0 STARS. Save your money and time. Don’t buy this. Also, no one answers the phone.

Bought directly from the company as advised. It was also advised to buy more than one month’s worth so I bought a 3 bottles at $50 each. The ad said I would receive a free bonus item. I got 3 bottles with no additional directions. All it said was to take two capsules a day with 8 ounces of water-no mention of coffees at all which was a big deal on the ad. No bonus unless you count the numerous emails asking you to buy more. I am now almost done with them and have lost 1 pound. Total waste of money.
