I need to be fair and say there was a couple of issues with communication where I was not responded to when I was in a bad place, and I was disappointed with that. Coach Tana has been absolutely brilliant and has helped me immensely since then, I recommend her recovery coaching 100 percent!

Fit Recovery explains how alcohol changes the brain’s functionality which in turn results in cravings for more alcohol to feel ‘normal'. The need to satisfy the cravings produce a vicious cycle, like a malevolent carnival ride, difficult to exit without support. The ‘Fit Recovery’ program offers in depth explanation of the science of recovery, suggestions for supporting my recovery, and follow up communications via Facebook group participation. Follow up emails offering helpful information and continued support. Supplementation explanation is part of the program, and one that has been paramount on my road to recovery. One product Chris and his team developed is ‘BioRebalance Restore’. The product has helped me streamline the supplement portion of Fit Recovery program. I was at a point I needed a coach to help guide me away from alcohol. I found FitRecovery and bought the 1 on 1 coaching package. The phone calls were full of helpful information. They were genuine conversations about my current status and my future goals with alcohol. The website was full of knowledge about science, the bran, nutrient repair, etc. just as I finished the course they created a private Facebook group with has become a family like environment with people helping others. Giving advice, just checking in on how everyone’s doing etc. i recommend for recovery to anyone struggling. Oh and even after the course you don’t just get ignored. I still send messages if I have a question or even just need a little encouragement.

Chris Scott and Fit Recovery have been invaluable to me. Not only is his course worth every penny, but he and his team continually put out amazing free content. Whether you want to stop drinking, cut back on drinking, stop an addiction, or just want to improve your overall well being, Fit Recovery is for you. I have been sober for years now, but I still utilize Fit Recovery to optimize my health and mood and overall well being.

Fit recovery has helped me tremendously! I learned a lot about neuro transmitters and how amino acids can help. It has given me many different strategies and ways I can help eliminate alcohol out of my life. I continue to listen to the podcasts regularly.

I'm still working my way through this program, but I've found the videos to be extremely helpful in both understanding why I use alcohol in an unhealthy way and tactics to reduce or eliminate usage. I especially appreciate all the information on how alcohol depletes nutrients and affects neurotransmitters, along with how we can rebuild our brain (and body) by taking supplements. Another aspect that is helpful is the private Facebook group, whose members are incredibly supportive, even when (especially when!) we fall short of our goals. It's so different from something like AA, where a small slip is viewed as a failure, and you need to start again at the beginning. Again, I'm still working on it, but I'm already feeling a change, and I feel confident in the ability of this program to help me and others--and it has already helped me some. I just need to commit to following it and not let outside life get in the way so much. Highly recommended! And if you're unsure about signing up for it, try watching some of the free YouTube videos to get a sense of what the approach is like.

This program takes you step by step through the process of transcending alcohol and being free from alcohol's hold on you. During this process, the program suggests supplements to aid in your withdrawal and rebuilding missing nutrients and vitamins and help with stabilizing your brain from the roller coaster alcohol created. You also become more mindful of your habits and learn how to be fully accountable for your actions and choices. Because of this program, I feel whole and ready to take on life's challenges without needing alcohol. Thank you so much for all your work and research. It shows!

I made it 30 days!! After the pandemic I had not gone more than 4 days without alcohol and 2 years later (and 20 extra pounds) I bit the bullet and tried BR. Honestly I am shocked how well it worked. I can’t wait to do another 30 :)
