I found Fitness Superstore online and read their warranty information but most importantly their efforts to refurbish the excercise equipment they sell. I had done quite a lot of research to evaluate different cardio equipment manufacturers. I found a new Octane Eliptical machine in a Sacramento store and become an instant fan. The cost of new equipment was prohibitive for my budget. I went online and viewed all the different models available on the website for Fitness Superstore. The day of my call to this business, I spoke directly with the owner (Tim). Tim was very professional, informative and competent. The result of my call was I purchased an Octane 3700 model. Following the installation of this cardio machine in our home, there was a mechanical issue. My immediate reaction was doubting this significant purchase. The end result was they sent out a technician to make a minor repair and my machine works great! I confidently give a 5 star rating for their overall customer support I have experience. I expected everything to best in good shape. But, it truly arrived undistinguishable for brand new equipment. We ordered the recommended rubber flooring for both the ArcTrainer and the the Cybex Bravo. It was a great choice.
