My wife and I have been searching for an older style LifeFitness treadmill that has easier handrails to grip. That version of the treadmill was discontinued several years ago, so we were worried that we would not be able to find something that fits our needs. Luckily we found exactly the type of LifeFitness treadmill that we were looking for at the Fitness Superstore. the folks at Fitness Supertore have refurbished it with a new motor and running tread. Although the treadmill is an older model, so far the refurbished edition runs like it was brand new. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I was very happy with their service and delivery. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a Precor AMT 835 with Open Stride from the Fitness Superstore. It was a re-manufactured item that cost over $3500 less then a new unit. It arrived on a skid with excellent protection to avoid cosmetic damages. The overall condition is more like a new unit than a used one. Cosmetically and functionally it is excellent. We would buy from Fitness Superstore again.

I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the customer service team at Fitness Superstore. I spoke with two individuals prior to ordering a piece of exercise equipment, both of whom were very knowledgeable about the products, warranties and delivery time. In addition, I sent a brief email to check on the status of my item about a week later, and received an extremely prompt reply from the owner of Fitness Superstore. The owner clearly communicated a willingness to assist with any issues with the equipment (both present and in the future). While I did not have any problems with the delivery and setup of the equipment, it was great knowing that I could contact Fitness Superstore if any assistance was needed. In sum, it was an extremely smooth and polished transaction which left me very impressed with the company. I won't hesitate to order additional equipment in the future, and would unequivocally recommend Fitness Superstore to anyone in the market for exercise equipment.

Fitness Superstore was easy to work with and I would buy from them again . I ordered a Nustep TRS 4000 for my Dad . The staff explained everything and was very pleased with the service and delivery of our new machine. The delivery people were wonderful and took extra time to explain all the functions of this Nustep to my Dad . Carl V

We found a great deal on a Balanced Body Pilates reformer on Fitness Superstore. The unit was delivered and setup by their field team. Would highly recommend them for your fitness equipment needs.

I have been purchasing equipment from Fitness Superstore for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the equipment is excellent and their service and support is unmatched in the industry. When ever I have had a problem (which hasn't been many) the staff at Fitness Superstore have been very helpful and expedient in solving and fixing the problem onsite. I will never buy equipment elsewhere, Tim and his staff are very professional and top notch.

This is my second purchase from fitness superstore and again I'm very satisfied. Everything from the payment to delivery was spot on and would recommend their service to all!
