Excellent Fitness Equipment and Service!
Our experience with Fitness Superstore was excellent from start to finish. They really know their machines and recommended two that fit our needs perfectly. The home delivery was professional and friendly, and the machines that we got look and perform like new. We'd definitely do business with this company again.

Start to Finish. Great service, communication and product
From the day I initiated my order for the Star Trac Pro 7600 to the day I received was truly surprising. They explained the expectations of the whole process. Pricing, shipping, billing and delivery. When they told me it takes 3-4 weeks to complete my remanufactured treadmill, believe it!. Upon receiving the unit, I plugged it in and ran it through the process and works and looks great. Thank you Fitness Superstore!

This Team is awesome
I bought an Cybex Arc Trainer. I must say I was somewhat skeptical of the quality given it would be a refurbished system. But given the roughly $5000 difference in price from new I took a chance. And am I glad. The product and looks and operates as new. I surpassed my expectation by miles. But that isn't the key. The people of the company all the way to the owner were fantastic. I purchased in room delivery and had some problems with the delivery company. So I called the "team" and they took over. I had the product installed immediately. Thanks to jumping on this! If your thinking of buying commercial grade fitness products I urge you to consider the Fitness Superstore!

Excellent!
Totally, Absolutely, pleased with my purchase and experience with Fitness Superstores. Tim was great in working with me to find what I wanted, responding to my emails (same day) and ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. Everyone I came into contact with was excellent to deal with: Tomas in the warehouse; Jeannette in billing; Claudia in appointments; Hector and Junior in delivery and set up. Great bunch of people to do business with. AND, my True Fitness CS800 elliptical is like brand new.
