Fitness SuperstoreReviews of fitnesssuperstore.com

Excellent and positive experience with this store.I highly recommend them for their professionalism.

Yosef delivered our machine and was very helpful and made sure that we knew how to use the machine before he left. He and the other gentlemen were willing to move it where ever we wanted it in that room Thanks Jeff and Sue

Excellent bicycle! We received the bicycle as promised and better than we expected! Will definitely use again!

What a terrific experience. I purchased a top of the line professional gym quality elliptical at a fraction of the price. The elliptical looks and operates as if it were brand new. The delivery crew was on time, professional looking and super friendly. Plus they showed up with 4 guys so they had plenty of muscle. I wish I had more room in my house, I would definitely buy more equipment for the Fitness Superstore!

I can't say I've ever had better service than from Fitness Superstore, which prompts this first-time-ever online review. The item was an elliptical trainer. I have bad knees and wanted to continue on a Precor model that seemed to work best for me. I searched online and discovered that Fitness Superstore was within driving distance. As soon as my wife and I entered, we could tell it was a professional operation. Tim and his staff led me to just the right model. It was delivered within the promised time frame. Then came the scary part. It wouldn't fit around a sharp hallway corner. I was at a loss. At this point, Carlos took over. He went to a store to get a particular wrench they didn't have in the truck. Then he and his crew dis-assembled the trainer and re-assembled it in the bedroom. I was amazed. It tested out great. These people really know what they're doing.

I had a very positive experience with Fitness Superstore from some initial questions through placing the order all the way through delivery. The process and the quality of my remanufactured eleptical certainly met and in fact exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated Tim’s email checking on everything!

Tim French handled my sale late one afternoon. One of the best buying experiences regarding my SCFIT PRO 2. My call was handled very professional, and can’t say enough nice complements about everyone in his company. Thank you Tim French, I’ll be back to do more business in the future.

The Fitness Superstore saved me a few thousand on the home equipment machine I was looking to buy. The ma home was delivered on time and in pristine condition. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their responsiveness to any emails I sent their way.
