DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!
This company is full of lies. The "free $500 lifetime" guarantee? Nonexistent. My elliptical is only 1 1/2 years old and the LCD is broken, the pulse rate doesn't work, and now the razor thin wire to the AC adaptor wore out into 2 pieces. Guess what. I get nothing. I call them and they tell me to go to Radio Shack or refer me to a company who will come check it out at about $35/hr + parts. Their price match guarantee is worthless too. Due to the "$500 lifetime warranty" they refuse to match any prices, saying their package is different. Well guess what, look at all sites and they're all the same. 1 year labor, 5 years parts. So I paid $1799 and saw it elsewhere for $1100. Just great. When I complain I get nothing but attitude, attitude, attitude. I've contacted BBB and they even lie to BBB. Can you believe it? I can. I'm taking them on in court and obviously, I'm going to win. Anyone wanna join me? :)

A lot was said in this review that is inaccurate and incomplete. We do have a lifetime warranty on every unit sell as we rigorously research and test each unit we carry. We hand pick the best of the best that each respective manufacturer has to offer. Our lifetime warranty, as written on the invoice, covers the flywheel, drive motor, welds, pedals and structural frame for LIFE! The warranty unfortunately does not cover electronics beyond the first year from date of purchase. Our price match guarantee will be honored so long as the deal is identical. We offer a free lifetime warranty and free shipping that most other companies cannot compete with. If the customer wishes to decline our generous lifetime warranty, we will gladly match the price. Accusing us of lying to the BBB is a very serious accusation that has no merit. This is absolutely false. We have an outstanding reputation and rating with the BBB. We have been in business for over 24 strong, healthy happy years and would have not reached the stature we have obtained in this industry if these above statements were true. We understand that our customer is frustrated but we can sell parts to the customer to get her unit operable again. We encourage our customer to contact our customer service department so that we may help our customer. We are a family owned business and would not treat our customers this way as we value them very much. We will be happy to make any concessions to compensate our customer however we can.
