From the instructional videos, the program info, meal plan and workouts, the Facebook groups, video Q&A's, even their quick email response times, the FMP Team works from an above-excellence standard! I've been so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. This is a down-to-earth program where Inspiration meets Real World people and bridges the gap. I've been most impressed by and appreciated the high level of support they offer and infuse in every nook and cranny. So grateful I've found this program and have them to walk alongside on this health journey.

This program helped me balance my meals. I’ve fasted before but now I make it a regular routine and do not miss eating as much food. I find my body can adapt to surviving on just water for half the day. I’ve also started sprouting my grains to make flour for baking. I journal every day to track my meals, exercise, and plans for the day. It is a great reference tool to determine what I was eating and doing and how my weight was affected. I am working with bands to adapt the exercise programs since I am dealing with restrictions due to arthritis and old injuries. I only have 7 lbs now to get to my goal weight but right now it is more important to maintain proper eating, daily walks, getting good sleep, and working gently into toning my muscles. I highly recommend this program to start and maintain a healthy life style.

Fit mother is a life time project. The basis is simple - cardio/weights and a balanced plate. This is easy to apply to everyday life and how we ought to live long term. It is easy to follow - no complicated meal plans and as much support as you choose.

My experience with Fit Mother Project has been going on for nine months so far and will continue the rest of my life. The exercising and eating habits developed during these last nine months have been very easy to implement and to be consistent with. I discovered how much I love fasting no matter if it is for 19 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours. My attitude about food has totally changed. I love the concept of the "perfect plate" and can always find a way to make that happen -- even when eating out or invited over to dinner at someone's house. The support you get with FMP is totally awesome! When you have an emergency in the family and have to travel for a couple of weeks, there is no condemnation nor criticism. The staff at FMP is ALWAYS supportive and kind. You have to miss workouts? Fine. Take walks. You want more sugar or starch than you should be eating? It's on you, but you can do so well following this very easy new lifestyle that you will not be tempted to self sabotage. If you do, you can get yourself back on track quickly. I love our Saturday night pot lucks and indulge every week. The extra weight that might put on is gone by Tuesday morning. I'm nearly 70 years old and have tried everything through the years to feel and look the same as before I had our five babies (now ages 32--42). Except for the difference in my age then and my age now, I look better. The extra 30 stubborn pounds are gone from EVERYWHERE on my body. My muscles are defined and toned. I am FIT!!! And, I have loved every minute of the process.

A lot of good information

I am someone who has tried to eat right and exercise my entire adult life, but found weight creeping up and not budging as I got into my late 40s and early 50s. I knew I needed to do something different and Dr. Anthony's program was the perfect fit. I thought I knew a lot already, but this program made eating well and exercising more simple and structured for me, as well as providing great support. I love FMP!

Fit Mother Project has changed my life for the better. I'm now on a continual healthy path that doesn't make me feel guilty or like I'm deprived. It's a change in a way of thinking and an understanding of healthy eating and workouts. It connects me with great support network of ladies that are becoming friends!

I admit that I didn't use the program as I didn't believe it was something that would help me reach my goal. However, I will say that you could do a lot worse in terms of a very well researched, user-friendly way to combat one of the leading health issues of our time and that is being overweight. Let's face it, most of us are just that: Overweight. The fact also that the creator of the program takes into account how busy most women are (Mom or not....) and offers a program that is doable and measurable-why it's a great incentive to keep a "Fit Mother" on track.
