Love It
The Fit Mother Project was the missing piece I was looking for. It is a structured plan that is encouraging me to do all the things health wise that I already wanted to do but was just too overwhelmed to do on my own. I have bought other programs and been disappointed. I am not sorry I got the lifetime membership of Fit Mother, because this is how I want to live out the rest of my life!

Excellent communication and customer service
I have enjoyed the program. It is very informative and backed by scientific health facts and information. The support is excellent and I am enjoying the workouts at my own pace in the comfort of my own home. I feel like I have my own trainer. Dr A. has tons of experience and knowledge that helps me on a daily basis with all the emails and videos..
