Ech hunn ëmmer geduecht, ech wier eng onsportlech Persoun. D‘Luisa huet mir gewisen, dass dat net stëmmt an dass Sport mir richteg Spaass maache kann! Dofir sinn ech wierklech dankbar :) D‘Luisa ass net just eng immens kompetent Trainerin, déi op deng individuell Besoinen ageet an all Übung am Detail erkläert, mee einfach och e mega sympathesche Mënsch mat sou vill positiver Energie! Säi Studio ass an allen Hisiichten e safe space, an deem ee sech gutt opgehuewen a motivéiert fillt. Ech ka FitLab jidderengem nëmme recommandéieren. Merci fir alles, Luisa!! :)
