Very satisfied, great product . excellent customer service

Worth the wait! My son is very happy with his Goku Drip Jacket. They are a formidable company and they always answered my emails in a timely fashion. If you give them a shot they will not disappoint. And it beats paying thousands of dollars. Great product for a fraction of the price!!!

I was skeptical after I ordered because the process was not what I was use to. Only email (quick response from company) and no phone calls or address. But after 2 months I got my order DHL. My Amy Fleming coat fits me perfectly. It is detailed and as pictured. I would order again.

After first ordering the jacket, I was concerned about the amount of time it took to be shipped. I assumed, when I provided my body measurements, that Fit Jackets would adjust to the nearest general size and wondered why it was taking so long. I sent an email inquiring about the delay and was informed you had actually taken steps to tailor the jacket to my specific measurements! I was shocked but still skeptical. Several days later, the jacket shipped. As soon as it was delivered, I tried it on and discovered the fit was, indeed, perfect! I am so happy with my purchase and continue to be impressed with Fit Jacket's professionalism and top-notch customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great customer service when I needed to get a larger sized jacket. Would recommend ordering a size up from usual.
