Very easy complete health plan. Meals are tasty and satisfying and the program works.

Misleading offers. He offers "lifetime access" and then you find out later it is only for the base program. What your really want cost more. Then they expose you to more programs that cost more. It's all about the money.

Around Thanksgiving of 2020 I realized I was done looking and feeling like I was. We all know the feeling. I wrestled in High School and coached for many years, but no matter what dieting I have done over the years that worked, nothing was working. I felt defeated, to be honest. I’m pretty certain my heaviest weight topped 270 lbs, but I never wrote it down, so I don’t know. What I do know is that I came across the FF30X program on Facebook like many of you probably did. I wasn’t convinced. I searched for reviews. I searched YouTube for others who tried FF30X and decided to give it a try. Within the first 30 days, I upgraded my FF30X to Fit Father For Life. STARTING WEIGHT, JAN 4, 2021: 263.2 TODAY'S WEIGHT, SEPT 20, 2022: 225.4 I weigh myself almost every day with the Renpho scale that logs my weight and other bodily measurements automatically. The other measurements probably aren't clinical, but they at least provide some measure of trending, more than anything. I logged all my food using My Fitness Pal, nearly every day (creating meals and recipes really helps to make this efficient and fast) for a year. My wife and I weigh all of our carbs and proteins, every meal and weigh our baby spinach every morning for our breakfast shakes. We use measuring devices for Peanut butter, chia seeds, creatine, whey protein, etc. The only things we really don't weigh and measure are our veggies at dinner. We consider our veggies "free," whether they really are or not, per the program. I take measurements of my neck, thighs, calves, biceps, rib cage (supposed to be bust, but I logged this as my “waist” for some reason – so it is what it is), belly and waist – what used to be every Sunday morning. Now it’s about once per month or 6 weeks. Those measurements get logged into my Renpho app automatically with my digital tape measure. FFP30x is 100% worth it, as is the optional follow-on Fit Father (Mother) For Life subscription.

I’ve been on numerous diets. Tried and failed most if not all of them. FFP is one that is becoming a habit and that’s all I really was looking for to begin with. I needed to drop weight yes but didn’t need to cheat my way there which is what the others seemed to do. I wanted to refocus my lifestyle with a workout that was challenging but creative for my age (62) and a eating plan that wasn’t a diet but a healthy lifestyle and I found that with the FFP. I would love to say I follow it perfectly but truth is life can get difficult but because it’s such a solid program it’s easy to want to get back on board and keep going.
