I’m a Fit Father for Life member. I am a huge fan of Fit Father Program. I’ve been with the team for 3 years and find the program very effective, and sensible. I have achieved great results, in great part due to the encouragement and assistance from the team. Even after I “fell off the wagon” for 6 months, the team was helpful in resetting my program and provided nothing but encouraging suggestions. I do subscribe to a few supplements, appreciating the “soft sell” approach, I find the supplements (especially protein) to be higher quality and greater value than anything I’ve been able to source elsewhere.

I’ve been a member of FFP for about 3 years now , this program not only helped me lose 50 lbs in the beginning months but also have kept it off and kept fit since then. To this day even when I can’t do the workouts for whatever reason I still eat great using the tools I learned from this plan. Easy and sustainable. Great customer service. A really solid program for anyone but especially us older guys who are busy with work, life and kids. I highly recommend

Started January of 2021. Bought the lifetime membership. Glad I did . I did several programs within FF. Initially lost 40 LBS. Moved to building muscle second half of the year. Felt great with all programs I tired. I had COVID in November of 2021 and fell off track. I have put some of the weight back on. A year later here I am, itching to get back into a Fit Father. It was extremely beneficial to me and the support mechanisms were awesome! I will be looking at the different programs an plan to start back up in October.

The FFP has been a very positive experience which I am very glad I decided to join. They explain why and how of why things should be done and they make it simple

This project has helped me out a lot during my ups and downs while I'm going through my journey for my health. The Fit Father Project has everything I need to succeed in my journey to a healthier "LIFESTYLE". Kat is a wonderful coach. Ben is answering all the questions that I ask. I have been given a great team that supports me through this. They understand that this isn't an easy task for me. Thank you so much for having a program that is designed for people like me.

I have tried a few other programs in the past and this program by far has given me the best results and it keeps going. You truly learn so much and it keeps you motivated. I especially like how simple it is set up for you and the different options it gives you. The brotherhood group is so supportive we all help and inspire each other. Make the commitment to your self start your journey you will not regret it.

this program is the real deal. They actually respond to all your questions and e-mails and the programs are designed to help us over 40 people. Great website and videos. Highly reccomend.

Fit Father Project isn't a diet program or workout routine, it is a way to rethink the way you approach food and your overall health, and train yourself, both physically and mentally, to become a healthier person. The community aspect is excellent as you join with others going through many of the same struggles, and the support is fantastic.
