I am a active 65 year old man looking to improve my energy and stamina. I looked into low T replacement and stumbled on to the Fit Father Project site. I liked what I read and decided to give it a try. I weighed 209 3 months ago and now I weigh 176 and I feel and look much better. If you want to improve your live follow the program and I think you will be surprised with the results.

Fit Father Project is an excellent, worthwhile program
FFP has kept everything simple and easy to follow, as well as comprehensive... which has all been important for my success thus far with the program. Also, the team has been responsive to my questions submitted easily by email. I am very pleased with my experience with FFP!
