Fraud . Taken money with out my consent.

Fitexplosion.co ist eine Abofalle die jeden Monat 49€ abbuchen aber ich kann keinen Kontakt zu Ihnen herstellen . Also gibt es nur den Weg über die Polizei.

ACHTUNG FAKE!!! Ich wollte eine Anleitung auf Deutsch als Dokument herunterladen. Plötzlich sollte ich eine Zahlung von 0€ über Google Pay autorisieren (alles auf Englisch). Ich habe mir alles durchgelesen und nichts mit Kosten gefunden, also habe ich freigegeben. Als nächstes macht sich die Seite Fitexplosion auf und nicht das erwartete Dokument. Am nächsten Tag kam eine Mail von Paypal, dass ich 49€ abgebucht bekomme. Geld zurückholen über Paypal war bisher ohne Erfolg, "ich hätte es ja schließlich autorisiert". Jetzt warte ich auf Rückmeldung von der Firma, die scheinbar irgendwo auf Zypern sitzt.

Achtung Betrug! Ich wollte eine kostenlose Schatzsuche downloaden. Dabei wurde mir 0,01 € über PayPal berechnet und anschließend ohne weitere Info, Bestätigung oder Email nochmal 49 € abgebucht. Nach 3 E-Mails, die mit wieder zurück geschickt wurden, habe ich nun die Bestätigung erhalten, dass mir das Geld zurück geschickt wird. Ich bin gespannt!

Opgelicht door Fitexplosion meerdere malen 49,00 euro afgeschreven, nu aan het mailen en proberen contact te krijgen. hopelijk kan ik ook nog wat geld terug vangen, ga er alles aan doen in iederegeval tegen deze oplichters. Al moet het tot aan de rechtbank.

I was totally deceived, I didn't make any subscription to this site and they managed to enter my bank account and withdraw €49, it was a scam and now I would like to know how to get my money back.

Can anyone please give me the customer care number in England they have scammed me the same . Sent them emailed but they have been sent back undelivered.

Absolute scam. Was trying to get a coupon for Ocado, asked me to enter my email to reveal the coupon code and got signed up to this. Next day I had £49 taken out of my account. Tried to call but the phone line wasn’t open on weekend, emailed twice and had nothing back. Even though I received an email to say my subscription has been cancelled. Tried to call again on the Monday and apparently they were too busy to take my call and they directed me to send an email. I don’t ever remember entering any card details, if I did I would hold my hands up and say it was on my behalf. But I didn’t, I wouldn’t have entered my bank details for a coupon, I would have known it was a scam. So God knows how they took my money. If they don’t send me an email to let me know they’ve refunded me in the next 24 hours, I will be raising this as a dispute with my bank and reporting them. The amount of people who have complained is ridiculous, this should definitely be looked into, unsure how the company is still running to be honest. Not happy.
