I had the honor of winning 12 weeks metabolic reset with coaching. The program is structured, offered user friendly tools to track meals and weekly check ins. Jasleen was my coach and she was a great listener, had really good advice and offered solutions to best fit my protocol. The program also offers weekly calls with all the members and it was engaging, topics were really good and informative. Overall I found that I learned about what works best for me, I developed a better sense of my body and what helps to get to optimal health. It was a great 3 months to kick start my health journey. One note I would have for anyone thinking of joining is to invest in your health. Be ready to buy the recommended supplements it is on the pricey side. I would recommend this to a friend if they are ready to commit and needs the guidance, my coach was very understanding and worked with me on options.
