I cannot rave enough about the customer support offered here. Every question is answered promptly and in full detail. They really go above and beyond to make sure your business is running smoothly. I am so thankful for FitDEGREE and their am amazing staff !!!!!!! As business owners, there are enough headaches out there that we deal with on a daily basis, thank GOD FitDEGREE is never one of them

I loved how fitDEGREE was able to help streamline my fitness business. The onboarding process was excellent and very supportive. Their management team always goes over and beyond with help.

Excellent customer service!! Christine has been so helpful throughout our transition process. As far as FitDEGREE it self, clients are loving how easy it is use.

Moving over to the fitDEGREE platform has been the best decision ever for my cycling studio. Seamless transition, easy and fun platform for my members and amazing (seriously second to none) customer service for me as a business owner/administrator of the platform. It is the most important resource for running my business and I 100% trust the fitDEGREE team as they continue to make the platform better and better. They listen to user suggestions and implement them in an even better manner than the users imagined. They are always thinking of their users and consistently do the right thing. It's fun to see them grow but continue to be 'touchable' and successful with their service-centric foundation. Oh! And they are WAY MORE reasonably priced than any other platform out there. Go fitDEGREE!

I've been with FitDEGREE for nearly two years and I love them. They’ve been so supportive & helpful during this last (crazy) year and have really gone above and beyond. Everything else with my business has been a big question mark this year with everything going on and the only thing I’ve felt confident about is keeping my business with them. I can’t recommend them enough.

We made our transition to fitDEGREE during the pandemic and it is the best thing we could have done. It has simplified the amount of administrative work involved with live streaming classes. No crazy gimmicks just a solid product and a wonderful on boarding and support team.

fitDEGREE offers an excellent product and the very BEST customer service. They are always looking for ways to make their amazing software even better. One way they do this is by listening to their clients! I highly recommend this product and the entire fitDEGREE team!
