Trial rolled into a A$149.99 year with no way out
Reply to Fitbod not for Fitbod for customers reading this : There’s nothing stopping Fitbod refunding me separately they still have my money. My free trial rolled straight into a A$149.99 annual charge on 4 August. No reminder before it hit, and no way back out once it had. I did use the app for a few weeks and it was nowhere near worth that price, so I asked for a refund. Support told me Apple handles all billing and there was nothing they could do, and Apple refused as well, so I'm stuck with a full year of an app I don't want. If you're going to take the trial, set your own reminder and cancel it before it converts - don't count on being able to undo the charge afterwards.

Hi Matthew, we apologize for the frustration. Unfortunately, any subscription purchased via the App Store is managed via Apple exclusively. They don't provide us any access to manage/refund subscriptions so all requests are subject to their Terms.
