Ordered bathing suit and incorrect product and size sent. Online help was SO GOOD. Original choice was no longer available. She offered a simiar suit (which was a higher cost) at the same cost as original order, and had it shipped by air so I would receive it in time for my vacation. BEST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have search for years and YEARS for a swimsuit that fits. Being older and overweight, I would get so discouraged at the way the swimsuits carried in stores fit. Thank the Lord for fit4uswim. They found a way to beautifully cover my insecurities and still look flattering and up to date. My swimsuit came with flip-flops which I LOVE LOVE!!! I actually needed a bigger size up and customer service checked their inventory and found they could send them out for free! Such a small thing, but sealed the deal that I will never buy another swimsuit ANYWHERE else! Now I can participate in summer family/friend get togethers without feeling self-conscious and feel I have to cover up. That is HUGE!!! Keep up the great work. You have a customer for life. My friends all know it too!!!

This is the second swimsuit I bought from you. The first suit faded on vacation (bad chlorine in pool. I liked it so much, I ordered the same suit for my next vacation!! I’ll definitely be more careful with the pools!!
