They received my order but can't get any one to respond to my emails and I keep getting a run around to talk to about getting my 315.00 dollars back

This company is extremely disappointing!!!! Spent $167.00 of my very hard earned money, and started taking the product the day it arrived, which was 4/30, and completed the last one on 7/1. Tried numerous times to get a hold of the Clickbank, and finally got in touch with the actual Fitburn for a refund, because the dummies consist of only sugar, fructose, pectin (basically jello), and did absolutely nothing! They refused to issue a refund, not even a partial refund. RIP OFF!!!! DON'T PURCHASE!!!

Over 6 weeks ago I got in touch with Jessica Davis at support at vital health supplements regarding Jillian Michael’s Burn Gummy’s .Their customer service phone # is on the bottle. I reported that I had used 1 bottle out of 6 ordered and the product was not working for me and I wanted my money back. I volunteered to pay for shipping the 5 unopened bottles back. I was given assurance I’d get a refund and was given a form to fill out and was told I would get a refund in 30’days. That passed and I contacted Jessica again and was told they couldnt find the form. I submitted and I would have to submit another one! I wrote again and asked for an expedited return of my money and informed them they would have to take care of the shipping and prepare a package for cold shipment so the gummy’s wouldn’t melt in the Texas heat. I got no response and now I’m here. Be careful doing business with this brand/ company if you are expecting action on their 60 day guarantee of return and refund of you’re not satisfied. In my situation that was a total lie!

This is the worst company to do business with. They claim that these gummies are from specific plants etc. That lady in the video is a liar. They are nothing but apple cider vinegar which you can buy at any store. Don't trust them

I feel like I’ve been scammed. I ordered the burn gummies. 3 bottles for over 200 dollars. I have lost zero…no pounds in 2 weeks. Shameful they’re scamming people. I’m a senior citizen and I don’t appreciate being scammed. They use musicians and stars to do their fake production. I’ll never get my money back. Hopefully people read these before ordering. Never again will I buy anything on line.

I ordered the Jillian Michael’s Burn Gummies in March. The website was confusing and I ordered the additional 10 bottles for $318 by mistake. I contacted them and was instructed to fill out the return form and send back the unwanted bottles. I have also been sending in my request to Clickbank for reimbursement since the end of March - no response. This is a scam - do not order this product. I thought Jillian Micheals would be a trustworthy website.

Since April 14th I have been trying to get a refund of $646.80. I never received the product because I canceled the order. I have been sending an email almost daily to support@vitahealthsupps as instructed but NO response to my request for a refund. This is theft & totally unjust.
