The dress is beautiful but I wish that when you can choose the color of the dress the embellishments would also be changed to match the color of the dress. I also was very unhappy that I paid extra to have the dress by a certain day and didn't get it until 4 days after that date. I received an email asking when I needed the dress, I thought that was implied when I paid for expedited shipping. i didn't get a reply to the email until I gave them an actual date that was past the date I expected to get the dress by.

I ordered my daughters dress in February and had to contact them twice before I got it shipped to me. It was promised it on one date and then I was told that it might not be here on that date. Per there web site it took longer than the promised time to complete my order. If they had gotten my order to me without me having to contact them I would have been very satisfied. The dress is amazing. I was just a little disappointed about how long it took to get it.

We ordered the my daughters Jr. Prom dress and was the 1st dress ever puchased online and from China. We Paid extra to have the dress a week before the prom so we could make last minute alterations. As the arrival date neared, we feared that the dress would not be ready in time. Through daily correspondense it looked as if the dress would not make in time but we had to have it. As soon as we threatened to cancel the order the dress was shipped and made it by the pre-arranged due dat. When the dress arrived was surpriced that it came in a 8.5 X 11.5 vacume sealed envelope. This was a full length Porm Dress :-0. To our surprise, the dress was in this envelope and was as beutiful as we expected. Alterations were made (just had to shorten dress is all) and daughter looked beutiful for her Jr. Prom. Very stressful waiting on dress and hearing that it might not make it on time espeasially when we paid extra for express shipping.
