i ordered several things without realizing it was a scam it has been over two weeks and they never confirmed my second order

Thank you fishing care package for robbing me of my money I thought I was buying a good product but didn't realize that this was a scam 3 months I was waiting for something to come in the mail. I have the receipt in my email that I paid for this item scam scam scam!!

I ordered $100 worth of tackle and they took over 40 days just to ship. Took almost a month for them to respond to me and they lied about when it would ship multiple times even told me someone else with my name ordered on the same day so that's why it go messed up. Baits are okay. Just not worth dealing with the company. They delete bad Instagram comments all the time. Sketchy company will never deal with again.

Scam artists! Everything is well and good until you try to cancel. There is no option to just cancel you have to send an email and then they will charge your card anyways and when you ask for a refund they will say it’s on the way. It’s been over a month since they said it would be here and they’ve stop responding to my emails and I’ve yet to receive a refund! Stick to mystery tackle box that know what they are doing!

had ordered 2 separate orders heard nothing around 20 days texted asked where orders were was told both orders would ship next day got 1 pouch and have heard nothing sense have reached out to cancel and get money back no word no comment back both orders show fulfilled but i havent gotten but half a order wouldnt give this company to noone thumbs down bad bad experience

Placed 2 orders with them. First order took over a month to receive and when I did it was incomplete. Attempted to contact them to see what the hold up on the order was (before I got it) and attempted again to ask them if what I had received was the full order or not. Never got a reply. Second order seemed like a deal that was too good to pass up. They offer a subscription fishing box service and you could get the first one for just $1. They said you could cancel any time, so I intended to check out the first box and (probably) cancel before they charged me for the next. Well, they never sent the first box and charged/shipped/delivered the next already. 6 attempts over 4 weeks to contact them about this and zero replies. The kicker is that you HAVE to email them to cancel a subscription. You can easily add on more boxes from their site, but of you want to remove them, you need to email them and they simply never reply. This site doesn't send complete orders, charges more than they should, and customer service is literally non existent.
