Mike your info was very helpful. Totally apologize this happened. By you bringing this to our attention we will be able to correct a website issue we had no idea existed, which allowed customers cards to have duplicate authorizations placed on their cards for the same transaction without being charged...but it looks like you're charged & can give someone the impression of being charged multiple times. In addition our fulfillment center will be able to make staff changes so hopefully no other Fisher Traction customers will have the wrong people answering our customer service lines in the future. We are a new company and obviously are experiencing growing pains which is ultimately my responsibility as the owner of Fisher Traction. Although this was unfortunate that it happened I look at it as an opportunity for improvement. Here is the reply we received from our fulfillment center regarding the girl you spoke to: “I am not sure how but the agent that took this call was not trained to be on this gate. She signed in under a different user by accident and accepted the call. She was not familiar with the pre auth and should of transferred the call or advised someone else to accept it. We have had a few (3) customers calling in about having a double charge today. The website it placing a pre auth on the card then OLX is charging them. So the pre auth is still on the account and they believe it is a charge. I am verifying these in Auth.net.” It looks like your refund was processed on Saturday the 20th. Please let me know if you see the credit restored to your card? Christina we are so happy you love it! We are working on our prices but with the tariffs we've been faced with... it's difficult. Our latest version is of the highest quality we have ever produced which means each Fisher Traction unit has the ability to last for years. Dr. Fisher still has prototypes in his office that his patients have been using for over 2 years now and that's 6 days per week multiple times per day! Fisher Traction is made to last!
