Terrible. I love the idea of playing this game but when you have two months to fulfill the selection of cards and I win/earn 500 extra cards twice! (yes, 1,000 extra cards) but can never land the ones needed, it’s bull. I have also requested cards from other players to no avail. I was 5 cards shy of completing the whole card cache and for days earned cards that never filled the missing ones. Absolutely bullshit. I’m not buying any extra supports as the games doesn’t honor any system of fair play. Good luck and good riddens.

I just want to point out the last positive rating was a year ago.

Customer service never responds. Getting worse and worse

They have completely ruined this game. Been playing for years and used to enjoy it, but it's more annoying than anything now. All they're doing is copying features from other games. It's boring and you don't get far with how they've changed the game. I'm on level 9902 but have decided to delete it.

This game has become a complete moneymaking scam. I have played for seven years and am on level 18882. But the more you play the more money you have to spend if you want to progress or win titles. I used to pay for the season pass for £6.99 then suddenly it cost £9.99. They have changed everything to make all the levels much harder. You are forced to use umpteen boosters to try to complete a level and any diamonds you buy are sucked up immediately. Almost every level (even so called easier levels) requires you pay 9 or 19 more diamonds to complete or you lose your double lightning booster. When you win it is never a meaningful amount . I have completed the Ice Adventure game so many times to win just 8 or 9 diamonds and I have used up hugely more completing the seven levels. If you buy energy for the Explorer expeditions ( £12.99 or £19.99) it is used up immediately and you have made very few little progress. I hate the new boosters . The most useful one ( glove) was taken away. Now there is very little control or skill involved in outcomes. To add insult to injury they have taken away the chat facility in the U.K. so you can not even speak to your team. They could easily have found a way around this but they can’t be bothered. The card game is virtually impossible to complete without spending a LOT of money, and even then there is no guarantee of success. After all these years I have decided to delete the game. I wish I had not wasted so much time, energy and money over the last seven years trying to beat impossible algorithms set by greedy people at Playrix. Take my advice - AVOID this game.
