First Premier Home Warranty Thieves! Trust Pilot has discovered this company plants fake reviews and you want to take a chance? So far they have hounded me to change 3 of my reviews. Way back when we were in speaking terms I promised to walk away if they refunded my money. Vince and his band of thieves all said NO WAY!! This past November I was contacted by the appliance store telling me FPHW bailed out, so it’s me that needs to pay the bill. Help get First Premier Home Warranty banned from your state. File a complaint with your attorney general’s office, and then make sure you file a dispute with the credit card you used. I did and got ALL my money back. Vince Walker owner of First Premier Home Warranty should be investigated. If they burned you too then you must report them to your attorney general’s office. I’m here to proclaim a solution to all those out there being stuck with the bill when First Premier bails on you. I’ve read other people having success so I tried this myself. Simply dispute with your credit card company these bogus charges of a fake warranty that they talk so sweet until they get notified of your first claim. I’ve read success and triumph over crime. This company should be closed down by the NYDA. They don’t pay claims. Be careful. They buy fake reviews exactly as Trustpilot has caught them red handed. Get your original premium refunded. File a written dispute today!

Have had the warranty aprox 1 year. Had 3 claims. They send a company out to give an estimate, but Never fixed anything. They offer you a fraction of what the estimate was and you have to find someone on your own to repair it. TOTAL RIPOFF!

Trash company. They string you along for days and then deny your claim, refuse to refund the service fee and refuses to offer a partial refund for canceling our plan early. AC broke. On our 4th day with 90+ temps. They strung us along for 4 days just to deny our claim. We’ve had many home warranties in the past cover similar issues and NEVER had this problem. Unless you want your money stolen and nothing fixed, stay away!

Omg the worst of the worst companies ever. Had them for 4 months put in 2 claims they never got done. The are ripoff artist, scam artist, thieves, crooks, should not be in bussiness. How can a company get away treating people like the way they do. I'd like to meet them in person.

They are a bunch of scammers they come off like they save you a lot of money because of the low deductible they use second rate companies to come out and give you an estimate. They use every trick in the book to give you no service stay away you can never get a hold of them, and they look at every reason not to be helpful scammers stay away

Whatever you do, don't engage First Premier Home Warranty. They ignored my initial requests to repair a broken item. Then, after I posted a negative review, they called me and demanded that I take down the review before they would process the claim. Any company that puts their review history ahead of their contractual obligations has a serious problem. They wouldn't call me to deal with the request for a repair but the moment I posted an accurate assessment of my experience, they resorted to extortion.

I’m not able to address the comment left. Please understand they had ample opportunity to fix the problem. They REFUSED. They don’t have a senior rep. It’s a boiler room mentality with Vince Walker and a handful of guys who have no problem lying to you. And they will.
