Worst company ever! Rip off senior citizens. Take your money and promise to honor warranty, and they don’t. Don’t throw your money away. Avoid this company, first premier home warranty, like the covid.

I purchased a 5-year policy on two properties from First Premier Home Warranty, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, the sales representative was pleasant and persuasive, using all the typical sales tactics to get me to sign up. However, once I needed to make a claim, it became nearly impossible to get a hold of them. When I finally did, they asked me to email them, and the process dragged on forever. I had a central air issue at my property in Arizona, and despite numerous attempts, I could not get it fixed through First Premier. Frustrated, I decided to cancel both of my policies. The cancellation process was just as painful, taking several months of back-and-forth communication. When I finally managed to cancel, I was only refunded $50 for the combined 10-year policy I had purchased. This company operates with unethical business practices from start to finish. From misleading sales tactics to abysmal claims handling and terrible customer service, every interaction was disappointing. Even reaching out to their corporate executives yielded no satisfactory results. They responded with slow claims processing, rude customer service, and unintelligent responses, ultimately breaching their fiduciary responsibilities to their customers. I would never recommend First Premier Home Warranty to anyone and will avoid any future engagement with them. I have given them ample opportunity to correct their wrongs, but they failed to do so. I will be filing complaints with all relevant agencies to expose their business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.

When We were shopping for a home warranty we thought we found the perfect fit with first premier home warranty. The sales person was so reassuring and nice. When we agrred to a one year price he came back with a great deal on a six year price. We told him our water heater was old and would definatly need replaced at some time during the contract. We were told if it should go out they would pay to fix or replace it if needed, we would only be responsible for the ＄45 deductible. Well 2 months into the warranty and the water heater went out. Something serious enough that it wasvsetting off all 3 co detectors in the house. We called the warranty company andcwere told they would assign a technichan to come out within two days via email. After day 3 with no hot water we finally eere asdigbed a company from Ottawa, IL. When I spoke to the repair tech he stated he never agreed to do work for first premier, he said they don't pay. He then said he could do thecwork for $1600 if I paidbup front. So we contacted first premier and told them the situation. They told us to go aheadvwithvreplacement and send them the bill and diagnosis, which we did. Then they called us andvoffeted to generousily refund us $500 towards the replacement. We said no, wr want the entire amount back minus the forty five. They refused so we toldvthem we want our money back for thevwarranty $2300. They refused, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. We are awaiting decision from cred card company. What a nightmare and truly dishonest company. Please do not do business with these scammers !

If I could give them a zero, I would. Do not do business with this company. They make a lot of promises but when you try yo get service it is impossible. Then they tell you to get your own and they will pay you back in 30 days. Good luck. I read that even to cancel it takes 5 months to get a refund. I am filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General about this company.

The communication is horrible. It took me 5 months to cancel all policies. I never recieved any information about the completion of my request. I would call weekly and be on hold for hours and no one would answer. when I was able to talk to someone. I felt as if I was just getting the run around because noone would give me answers or allow me to talk to a supervisor. when I would ask for a supervisor, all I would get was an answering machine and noone ever returned any of my calls.

Trust Pilot warns of fake reviews. Believe them! Hard to believe right when you click on their name Trust Pilot warns that first premier home warranty of Brooklyn has been busted for planting fake reviews. Doesn’t that tip you off? The contractors don’t get paid. Every one of them needs to write a review to warn other contractors these professional criminals don’t pay their bills. How in the world is this company still open?

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Please do your due diligence when looking for a home warranty. I went with this company because all the reviews said it was the best. First time i needed them was when the coils in my AC unit failed, so i called them and guess what...coils are not covered by them so i was out about 2 grand. When asking around, coils are one of the parts of an A/C unit that fail the most. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a couple of months later my washer dies, it was not an old washer (2016), it was a fairly high end and when new it is about $900. Repair man came and saw that it was not repairable, so he lets the warranty company know about this and they start processing the refund. We knew it was not going to be a full refund, but we where expecting around half, but guess what.....they only offered us $100 dollar check because they said it was an old washer. Finally i decided to cancel my contract with them and after weeks of waiting to hear back from them they say they will cancel it, but they will not do any refunds on the fee i already paid (my contract ends in 6months) because of a cancellation fee and because of the number of times i already use them. So please avoid them.

They don’t honor their service. Put in claim for ac repair at 400 bill. They only willing to pay 200. I agreed, now waiting forever to get that money. Slow slow slow on claims, will sell plan in 2 seconds though. Will never use them again. Con artists!
