Unfair Compensation and Poor Service
1-Star Review: First Premier Home Warranty sent me an email on March 4, 2025, with a "Cash in Lieu of Repair Form" offering a mere $177.87 for my 2019 Samsung washer (originally worth $2,000, now depreciated to $950-$1,000), but provided no explanation or justification for this amount. When I called to dispute this on the same day, they arbitrarily told me it was a "final decision" and denied my request to speak with a supervisor. They ignored my March 5 email demanding $800 or an equivalent washer by March 7. After I filed a BBB complaint, their March 31 response was irrelevant, suggesting I contact their billing department for a "cancellation process," which has nothing to do with my demands for fair compensation and transparency on repair costs and depreciation. I am currently fighting this issue through BBB and the State Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Division to seek justice. Poor service and deceptive practices—avoid this company!
