First Premier Home Warranty is a scam. He buys fake reviews and posts them on his profile to make his business look good in front of people. Most of the reviews on his profile are fake. I paid for the highest coverage plan, thinking I'd be protected, but every time I filed a claim, they found a reason to deny it. My water heater broke down, and they took four weeks to process my claim, only to tell me that "sediment buildup" isn't covered. What’s the point of having a warranty if they never approve repairs? Save your money and go with a reputable company.

Do NOT trust First Premier Home Warranty! Its coverage is a joke, and its customer service is beyond terrible. When my oven stopped working, they initially approved my claim, but after three weeks of no updates, I called them. Suddenly, they claimed the issue was due to "improper maintenance" and denied the repair. I asked to see proof, and they couldn’t provide anything. They make up reasons to deny claims.

If you don't want to lose your money. Then never take their service. I took it, I understand how wrong I was. I was cheated. I am warning you so that you don't make the same mistake as me. All the good reviews on Suder's profile are fake. I took their service after seeing these fake good reviews. Now I am complaining about their service. Their service is horrible.

This company and its owner are thieves. They steal people's money. Their service is very bad. They demand a lot of money for it. Their work is not good. All the good reviews on their profiles are fakes bought from other people. Most of the reviews on his profile are fake. Do not waste your money unnecessarily. They are big scammers, be careful, everyone.

Scam! Scam! Scam! I believe this company is the worst home warranty provider in the USA. They were having a promotion and of course I took the bait and it became one of the worst decisions I've made. Please note that any positive reviews you see on them are from those who have not filed a claim. They deserve zero stars but I had to give one in order to post the review. Let me walk you through their process: 1. First you must file a claim and this needs to be done with a phone call between the hours of 9:00 to 5pm - no holidays & no weekend so forget an emergency. 2. Once you finally get your claim submitted, good luck with getting a company to come out and repair your item. I had to go through three companies before someone would finally come out to just look at the problem. 3. If the item can be repaired then that's a good thing but wait a minute..... Now you have to wait for 30 days after the repair to make another claim no matter what breaks down. 4. If your item cannot be repaired they give you a cash in lieu which of course is never enough to cover the new item. Remember those 30 days? Your check will NOT be PROCESSED until 30 days after the repair person sends them a report that the item is unrepairable and you will NEVER EVER speak with the billing department because you have to wait until they call you.( They never call). 5. After the 30 days your check is finally processed but .....you have to wait 30 more days to get it in the mail, and if it does not come, then the 30 day process starts again when you request a new check to be sent. Remember, NO new claims while you're waiting. Guess what? It has been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my cash in lieu check and now my home warranty has expired. Of course I did not renew and that is why I'm still waiting. I call every week for an update and I keep getting a runaround.
