Do NOT purchase a policy from this company! They will do anything to not pay for repairs. They wanted a 3 yr proof of service on a home A/C system when I moved in less than two yrs to not pay a claim. They offer no refund for prorated months of service when I tried to cancel. The reps I talked with and exchanged emails could care less about my problem. A home warranty sounds great but pick anyone but First Premier.

I wouldn't give First Premier one star but I had no choice. Stay away this company is a SCAM!!!!! They send contractors that are not anywhere near qualified to do the job, causing more problems. The nightmare I just went through was incredible. After three different people showed up over three months they came to the conclusion that they would do a cash offer of 183.07. The micro is 800 dollars. They said its because of deprecation. They will not give me the formula as to how they came up with that number. They can spin this anyway they want. They tell you anything to get you to sign up. Be very aware of this company. They hang up on you when they don't have the answer.

I submitted a claim for my HVAC system on 3/11/2026. They said they would not cover the repairs but would reimbursement for the refrigerant. As of 6/17/2026 I have still not received a check. When I call, I'm on hold and then the call drops. If I do get lucky and someone actually answers, the connection is poor and I'm hung up on or I'm told that the check is being processed. As of this morning I have been hung up on 3 times and am currently on the line with a rep and the phone is completely silent. Hopefully, I don't get hung up on again. I would never refer them to a friend or enemy.

In my opinion all the home warranties are nothing but scams, there’s no way they will fix or replace the items if it will cost them money. I have dealt with a few of them and this one by far is the worst.

Complete failure to answer their phone! One day I called 5 times waiting 30 minutes fir them to just answer! After 30 minutes they just hung up the phone!

This company is a fraudulent company that cons people into extended home warranties. I canceled my contract in February 2026 and here it is in June and I have not received the pro-rated refund amount yet. I’ve called and emailed this company several times and they either hang up on me or tell me a lie that I will receive my check the following week. I’m calling the police department when I get thru with this complaint.

Paid in full for my warranty and my ac is not cooling about 2 months after I got the warranty. The give me a contractor 3 days later, it takes me 3 days to contact the contractor, only to find out he doesn't do work for the First Premier. I called on 5-29-26 to get another contractor and it's now 6-9-26 and still no contractor. I started this ac claim on 5-9-26. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FIRST PREMIER!!! As of 6-13-26, no one has reached out to me, TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, like they promised on their comment on this review. UPDATE As of6-17-26 I just got off the phone with First Premier Home Warranty. I have my 3rd contractor supposed to be assigned. STILL no contractors have showed up!!! I wouldn't waste your money on this company that DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Worst company ever. Don't fall for their multi year deals. You ll regret for multi year. Money will never come back even if you cancel. Sales team is great at trapping new customers and customer service is worst ever. Rude.
