Place an order for 2 sweatshirts that were in stock as of the 19th have not received them. Sent a email to customer service and the reply I received was please be patient. And no one since from customer service has been in touch regarding my order.

Do not order from this clothing company. I ordered back on Dec 7th and it’s now the 9th of January and I have no sweatshirts and they are not responding to emails. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company completely

This is for Firstport company, the sweatshirt company out of CT, USA. Absolutely no response from them. I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec. 4th and still haven’t received it. No response from customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails. And no company phone number in site.
