When charges appear on the statement
When charges appear on the statement Leave the name of product purchased to avoid, what is this charge? Secondly I thought I was purchasing capsules not honey pockets infused with the medicine. Please write ordering forms more clearly

Even though we keep all products in a climate-controlled storage area, once they leave our facility they can melt if they are left outside for too long once delivered. Hello Sharon, Your order was placed on Friday, June 24th at 8:47 p.m. EST. It was shipped on Monday, June 27th and is expected to arrive on June 29th, which is well within our shipping time frame. You received an order confirmation email with our shipping policy and an email with your tracking number the morning of June 27th. However, we will resend this information to you for reference.
