What a breath of fresh air! Every bank I have used to this day was a load of aggravation, one way or another. Since I found this one, I keep being amazed at how fantastic they are. They make starting accounts, online-banking, paying bills, designating co-owners and beneficiaries, etc. a breeze. And their customer service is phenomenal. You can easily reach are real people who speak and understand English fluently, and handle your questions or issues swiftly. Oh! They also pay the highest interest rate! If you are in California, Nevada, or Hawaii, try them. I LOVE this bank.
