I had been with this credit union for a long time. My identity was stolen and over $200 was stolen from my account. I informed the credit and provide documentation proving this. They refused to review the documents I provided and allowed the theft of my funds. These people go by their own rules and who they will and will not help. I found them to be unethical and would NEVER suggest this credit to anyone.

I requested a low-income hardship plan after losing my federal government job with the IRS, providing proof of unemployment and medical documentation. First Financial denied my request and sold my loan to a collection law firm, and my balance more than doubled. I did not expect this from a company I trusted they seem to care only when you can afford their loans or services, but when tragedy strikes, they no longer want to do business with you. I would not refer them to anyone, not even a teenager.
