I ordered a full cord which came on 2 pallets. Can’t comment on the quality of the wood but the delivery was a disaster. Both pallets broke while being removed from the truck because the wrong pallets were used for the amount of weight each held. It took me and my 93 year old father in law 6 hours to move the wood out of the street/driveway. I missed a day of work (self employed). I can’t recommend purchasing wood from this company.

Hi Enrico, I am sincerely sorry for this experience. Hearing that you and your 93-year-old father-in-law had to spend six hours clearing the street and that you lost a day of work because of it is completely unacceptable. Delivering our product safely and without causing disruption to your home is our responsibility, and we clearly fell short here. We are actively investigating what happened with the pallet integrity during transit and unloading to make sure this cannot happen again. More importantly, I want to make this right for you directly.
