Insane deals for a very very reasonable monthly fee. Top tier customer support and overall gives me hope in the firearms community and industry. Taylor Spears helped me with an order due to a bug in the website and it was fast and painless to get sorted.

Great model, amazing customer service. I’m using them for all future purchases as long as the items are available for them. I would also plan on waiting for them to get in stock if it will become available in the future.

For the website experience, it's actually put together really well. I wish maybe the product pictures for rifles were a bit bigger for the mobile website, otherwise I've already made a purchase that was easy, it's super easy to finalize, set up & complete a purchase it's no hassle at all. Really just wish there was a mobile app or a better remember me system for logging in. Otherwise I really have no complaints so far.

I really do love this website amazing prices. I already got my dad, uncle , brother, and a few friends to sign up. Or at least they're going to sign up right before they do there next firearms purchase. However there are few things that can be fixed in my opinion. for instance it incredibly hard to make a payment if you miss the automatic withdrawal. I had to go to customer service each time this has happened to get it fixed. This should become an app of android and ios. That's all I can say negative about also customer service is outstanding quick live chat replies and friendly workers they even reply when they're not even in the office.

Thank you for the input, Bradley. This is a tech constraint we are currently limited by, but we are looking into ways to improve this experience in the future!

Love one of the founders so decided to subscribe, had an issue and the problem was solved by the COO in less than a half-hour. Best site.

Everything I have ordered from them has arrived quickly, the ffl transfers were easy, and the customer service has been amazing. Plus the savings meant after my first purchase I already saved enough to warrant keeping the subscription up for over a year
