Selling Personal Info
Used a unique email address to sign up with Fiona and check for loan options. Now, over the past few weeks I have received several additional emails and loan offers from other websites that were not a part of the initial offering. They are continuing to sell my information to third parties without my consent and with no option to stop since the emails do not come from Fiona.

In using Fiona, you consented for Fiona to provide your information to lenders and financial services partners in order for you to receive financial recommendations from them, and to be contacted by Fiona and its partners via email. A list of all partners was also disclosed in that consent. To unsubscribe from the emails you receive directly from lenders, you will need to follow their unsubscribe process which you will find in the emails they send.
