Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify how our service works. Fintech does not determine how a vendor chooses to collect payments. We serve as the payment platform selected by your vendor to facilitate compliant electronic payments in accordance with state-regulated alcohol invoice payment requirements. Retailers are not required to obtain invoices through Fintech, as copies of invoices can always be requested directly from the vendor that issued them. Our free plan provides automated payment processing and recent payment history, while additional invoice visibility and reporting features are available through our subscription plans. For more than 35 years, Fintech has helped retailers and vendors process payments in compliance with industry regulations and established electronic payment standards. This ensures compliance and timely settlement between retailers and distributors. Retailers on our free plan can view up to 10 days of payment history in our new portal. Thank you for your feedback. The fees associated with returned payments reflect charges we incur from the banks. We want to assure you that we make no revenue from these fees.
