It took a long time to get the product but when it finally arrived it was just as ordered. So in the end it was fine.
Response from FinishifyStoreNov 14, 2023
Hello Elma We apologize that your order was delivered to you a few days late. The delay was due to issues in international logistics. Nevertheless, we strive to create a better shopping experience for you in the future. Best Regards

Shipping took forever! Poor communication on updates and order status. When the case finally arrived it didn't fit properly it has huge gabs where the volume button is at and charging port. This case also doesn't have a boarder so if your phone drops it could crack the screen. And lastly the sticker design is crooked.

Hello Tiffany, We are sorry that the purchased case did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to explain the shipping time. As you can read on the shipping information page on our website, the approximate delivery time for orders to the United States is between 10 and 18 business days. We received your order on October 6th, and it was delivered to your shipping address on October 25th. This means that your order was delivered to you in 19 days, which was only one day different from what was stated on our website. Now, regarding the second issue: The case you purchased is made of soft and flexible polyurethane. The design is not printed on it; instead, it consists of a separate layer that is finally inserted into the back of the case. The image on the back of the case is designed to depict Sanrio characters floating in the air. If you believe there is a problem with the design on the back of the case, please send us some pictures of it by contacting us through our website. However, we hope to provide you with a better shopping experience in the future. Best Regards
