Ordered the journal and pen on 12/31/24. Received my order 1/28/25. I ordered a journal and pen. Was told: Hi Will, I apologize for the delay in shipping your order. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, I have refunded the charge for the Finisher Pen in your order. Additionally, I want to assure you that if your package does not arrive within 5 days ,we will not only issue a full refund but also insist that you keep the journal once it arrives. We value your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
