the fingerprint pads inside around the edges there is a rubber seal or adhesive that has deteriorated and has turned to a semi-sludge and gets on everything that it touches and won't wipe off your fingers without rubbing alcohol. threw the mess in the trash. they need to check there product inventory as they are useless to use.
