At first, I was skeptical. Dealing with a design firm that you find on the Internet isn't very reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised! The company has professional processes to make sure that the design is done the way you want it the first time. Customer service was excellent. The pricing was excellent for the quality that you received. I would use them again without hesitation.

I was able to upload my photos and design my own patch.. It takes time so don't be in a rush.

Ordered a rush order for patches and they came in time for the event. Some points with communication were slow but did not hinder anything. Good quality patches
