They had the wine and the vintage I wanted. They called to confirm the order and to let me know someone would have to sign for it. They shipped promptly and the shipment was in designed packaging for safety. Couldn’t ask for more.

Provenance is very important and Fine Wine Collector has a good record. I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window. I look forward enjoying the wine when it arrives.

The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
